The I- AM Publication
A Publication spreading social and political insight from young individuals within the UK about Gender Stereotypes and those living in poorer minorities, members of the fashion marketing industry, educational establishments and the Muslim community.
I directed the team such as models, photographers, stylists, assistants, publicists and copywriters. Directing the aim, Client, Creative style and editorial edits to mood-boards on set and with my team. Creating this 90s style Street style edit inspired by change through time and street Art. On set and off set interviewing and networking across countless communities and young individuals to share there views and experiences of gender and social expectation.
I sold my first copies as my exhibition event at Birmingham’s famous Digbeth Street, it is now being seen in various establishments across the City. Its been a core representation and opportunity to bring light to Social Standard issues and reflecting as form of Creative interpretations to Creative individuals in there early 20’s across the UK.
To this day I still receive stories and responses to how speaking about the issue can be liberating in creating a path in breaking the stereotypes one person at a time.
