Escape Arts in a none profit Organisation that aims to provide a network of opportunities and events across the UK. Focusing on Mental Health and supporting the wider communities. Within this role I have worked with 12 different schools across the UK, Collaborated with Pride LGBT UK, Extinction Rebellion, Friends of the Earth and Green Peace.
I’ve organised Events and Marketing for the Refugees aid of Afghanistan that were sent to the UK, taken part in the building of new sites from our growth and during Covid- 19 used Media resources to create a 70% rise in Media Presence and Digitalised all of our in person projects to still be accessible.
I started as Events Assistant and the role was later given to me due to my dedication and innovative thinking to how we can expand our reach. In close contact to the Mare and the district council 80% of our bookings and outreach to audiences was now done digitally.
Here is an overview of the skills and responsibilities:
- Leading role in training new interns the function and upkeep of digital Media presence, sharing key roles such as analytics, report work, sending them to create content. Interviews and training on how to create content using Adobe Suite.
- Working with Stakeholders and collaborative events and projects - bringing presentations and justification for the success and loop holes of our pre directed projects and how we will launch them. What is required from them and how will this benefit them as an organisations?
- Branching communications and constant event organisation, filming days, editing times and creating monthly news letters. Scheduling Social Media and newsletters, replying to messages and marketing events for the week.
- Payments and requests for the profit margins and documentation of budget.
- Editing content and creating Social Media posts, scheduling, Videography, logo design, website updates, security updates, creative writing, printing physical materials and publishing.
